This device is designed and manufactured according to Shell SPE/77-312 & SPE/77-306 Standards which are mainly used for testing and evaluating the coefficients under cryogenic(-196℃—650℃)required working pressure e.g. leakage, torque, temperature, pressure, and opening/closing times. It mainly tests the leakage of the body and bonnet joint parts and packing sealing parts under a certain temperature and pressure, pressure of the valve inlet and outlet, opening/closing times, opening/closing torques, testing temperature and seat leakage. These coefficients, which are computer processed, will be used as evidence for valve type approval test (TAT) reports and normal temperature valve factory inspection reports. This system design meets the requirements of low, normal and high temperature (0℃—650℃)tests.
